when I went to open and print the files after purchase, the files were empty. I didn't receive an email with with a link. I emailed a few days ago and no response. I would like the downloads or a refund, please. I'd leave zero starts if I could since I don't have the product to actually leave stars for.
This is a great bundle! The graphics are lovely. I’m using it for lower functioning 7th graders and the appearance is much more engaging than others.
I was never sent the DBT bundle once I paid so I thought it was a scam. Would be great to get it so that I could leave a better review!
